This 2 bed/2.5 bath end unit townhouse is one of only 36 units in the friendly community of Misty Cove. With nearly 1,300 square feet, you and your family or friends will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amenities of this sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed home. Sleeps 6, but can accommodate up to 8 with a luxury air bed set up in the master bedroom or living room. Featuring brand new “smart” Samsung appliances, you can connect your phone and tell the oven to preheat or tell the dryer to “refresh” for 20 more minutes from the comfort of your bedroom! Samsung “flex-space” refrigerator allows you to use both sides of the bottom as a freezer or use the right side as extra refrigeration. All new appliances, including a full-size washer and dryer, spacious maple cabinets that contain all the cooking and dining supplies you could possibly need, and gorgeous quartz countertops for your food prep and serving. In addition to a dining table that seats 6, the nearly 8’ island has seating for 4. Although it may look out of place, my great-grandmother’s cupboard houses barware (it will be refinished soon). Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout is waterproof and easy to clean. In addition to the kitchen, dining area, and laundry closet, you will find a convenient powder room and spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa. For those times when you want to watch a movie, a new 75” Samsung “smart” wall-mounted flatscreen (with surround sound) is ready! We also have several card games, Jenga, and other games for those rainy days (we are still working on adding things).

A sliding glass door leads to the screened patio with seating for 6, a ceiling fan, new wall light, and string lights. There is also a storage closet where you will find a large, wheeled cooler, smaller coolers, and an outdoor Jenga game. Use the new gas grill to cook some delicious local seafood after you take a dip in the community pool, literally steps away.

When you are ready to rest up for a fun-filled tomorrow, head up the gorgeous custom oak staircase to your super-spacious master suite with queen bed (tempurpedic mattress), vaulted ceiling, stained glass windows, and sliding glass door to your private balcony (freshly painted) overlooking the beautiful tropical landscaping. The en suite bathroom features a custom walk-in shower and double-vanity. This room also has a large wall-mounted television, a nightstand, a chest, a dresser, and a small closet (we are in the process of updating the vintage mid-century modern furniture in this room, but it is solid, clean, and functional until we do). Down the hallway is a second bedroom, also with an en suite bathroom that features a deep tub, tile surround, and single vanity. This bedroom boasts another large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and fun, colorful vintage furniture to house your entire vacation wardrobe.

The location is a short stroll to the public beach access at Pompano Joe’s and within walking distance to several other great restaurants, shops, and a couple of popular breakfast spots. We provide 6 beach towels, 6 folding beach chairs, an umbrella, some beach toys, and a foldable beach cart to haul it all to the shore. This beauty is ready to welcome you for the vacation of a lifetime.

2021 Gas Golf Cart - seats 6 can be included at $700.00 weekly/ 100.00 daily plus tax. Guest must agree to the mandatory release forms and personal vehicle insurance and Drivers License must be provided.
