On The Sandbar - 4,500 sq. ft beach front home offers our guest some of the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from all levels of this home. It's Destin/Miramar Beach location is conveniently located within walking distance to plenty of local seafood restaurants, shopping malls, live entertainment, and more! With 8 bedrooms, 9.5 baths, and large enough to sleep up to 16. It even has its very own private elevator which services all floors of the home including the beach level!

Established in 2009 - this luxury beach front home has 8 bedrooms, 9.5 baths and sleeps 16. Features 3 beach front suites, a his and her private dressing room with full length mirror and bath. Her bath has a whirlpool tub with rain head shower. His bath has a walk-in shower. Each suite has a private balcony facing the water, also a 42' flat screen over the wood burning fireplace with wood box. The suite has a wet bar with mini-fridge and coffee maker (see layout and photos pages for more features). The gathering room is located on the top floor (fifth level) with living room and dining room.

The 5th level offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen: Refrigerator with ice maker, double ovens, Jenn-aire surface unit, large pantry with additional refrigerator, microwave, 2 coffee makers, half bath, laundry room, and more. The living area has 3 sofas facing the 42' flat screen TV above wood burning fireplace. Game table adjoins wet bar. The deck overlooks the ocean.

The 4th level offers one beach front suite and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a king pillow top bed with a full bath and flat screen TV. The other bedroom features twin beds with a full bath, closet with shelves, and flat screen TV. (See pics)

The 3rd level {street level} offers one beach front suite and a one car garage. 5 big cars in driveway.

The 2nd level offers one beachfront suite, and 2 additional bedrooms that include their own flat screen T.V. One bedroom has three twin size beds and the other has a king size bed. The two rooms share a full bath w/tub shower combination.

1st level is Beach level with elevator access.

Elevator and spiral stairs opens to all 5 levels including the beach level.

All bedrooms have a flat screen T.V and D.V.D player.

Saturday to Saturday rentals during peak season.
