The first floor boasts one large open space with the kitchen looking out to the dining area and living room. Cook up delicious meals in the stunning kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa & opens to a private screened in porch, where you can relax with a good book or listen to the kids play in the pool. There is a convenient half bath downstairs.
Upstairs you will find the master suite that features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony where you can soak up the Florida sunshine. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds, and it’s own bathroom.
Just a flip flop walk to the white sand & emerald waters, Misty Cove 205 is situated in one of the best and most sought after locations in the Destin area. Close to dining, shopping & more! This property offers free parking directly in front of the townhome for 2 vehicles and a gas grill. Approximately 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and Pompano Joes Seafood House!
SnowBirds Monthly Winter Rates - Snowbird Season runs November through March 15th. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Call today for snowbird pricing.
*The owner of this property does allow Spring Break Guests, however there are strict rules that must be followed. Not following the rules will result in eviction and refunds will not be given.

The unit is exactly as advertised. Clean and modern. Has all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking. Nice pool for the children just outside the back door and best of all just a 4 block walk to a beautiful beach!

This was my second stay at Misty Cove #205 and it was just as great as it was on my last visit! Convenient walk to the public beach, close accessibility to everything in Destin and is located in a nice quiet pet-friendly area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall experience was very good. Nice place, good location, nice development. Townhouse was neatly appointed and just a few blocks from beach. Small little glitch was quickly handled by management company.

The condo was nice and comfortable. The walk to the beach was without sidewalks. Our cloth children’s wagon would have been handy to haul stuff to the beach. Audrey really was just minutes away through email.

This townhome was nice sized and slept 6 comfortably with its 1 king and 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, pull out sofa sleeper complete with 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Kitchen and laundry made making meals and washing easy. A couple block walk to the beach was nice. The townhome complex has a nice pool in the center and the parking was good with 2 spots reserved. Overall the location was quite. I would stay here again.

Check in was easy, house was clean and contained the basic essentials for cooking or BBQ'ing. We found the location to be ideal and felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Even the fold out bed in the couch was comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach in about 7-10 mins. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Pompano Joe's had the best key lime pie! Property manager was very responsive to my needs. You won't regret renting this property.

We got there and couldn’t check in till 4pm even though we were charged for full day. (If we checked in early we would have been charged early check in fee) we all took our shoes off thinking the place was cleaned and by 5:30 the bottom of our feet were black! Almost like we were walking around outside. I didn’t even let my baby crawl Around on the floor it was so dirty. The chairs at dinner table appeared to have scratches from a cat or something. The carpet in living room was flared up on the sides almost tripped on it several times. The air vents up stairs were bent/broken. One of the outside patio chairs were busted. I called the owner to let them know of the damages and they asked if I wanted maintenance to come repair things while I was there.... I’m on vacation I don’t wanna worry about things being fixed during my vacation. The couch in living room was hard as a rock and super uncomfortable. Overall it wasn’t a bad place but for as much as it cost to rent it for a few days they should definitely have it cleaned better and make sure things aren’t broken/needing repairs.

Townhouse was great!! Decorated beautifully and the furniture was very nice! Great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping at the outlet mall, rentals etc. lots to do! It was clean. There were a few things I felt could have been cleaner. But overall it was very comfortable, clean and we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again or recommend to others!!
