We stay in this house every year and rent a golf cart during our stay. I love this house because it is perfect for my family of four. The master sleeps well for my wife and me; upstairs, my son and daughter have their rooms and share a bathroom with two sinks. The living room has an oversized sleeper couch, but they must share the downstairs bathroom. This is your house if you have a small family and want to get away for a while. The HOA pool is three houses away, and the beach is a short walk across the scenic highway. This house is tucked away, so sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee is the perfect spot to soak in the ocean breeze. We love going to Camilles, Captain Daves, the Crab Shack, and an Italian gem called Pazzo Italiano. If you have questions, please get in touch with the management company and talk with Audrey; she will ensure it gets done effectively and quickly.

Everything was good. House & community were as described. Home was remodeled and clean. Manager was prompt in responding. Overall a very nice place. The only drawback was the fee at 800/night. We would expect toiletries and a few more amenities at that rate. But we had a very nice visit to Destin.

We have stayed at this house the last two years all of February.. we love this house and the neighborhood and surrounding areas. The house was remodeled this year and looks fabulous. It’s a great area to walk in and the around the corner restaurant, snack bar etc is great. We feel very much at home and comfortable here and highly recommend. The property manager was very available and helpful. We even met the owner who has more improvements scheduled and was as nice as could be.

Upon arrival we were disappointed at the outside condition of the house. Multiple dead shrubs line the driveway. Old beer bottles and trash in the shrubs. House is in desperate need of a pressure washing. Front porch was mildew and had broken steps. Inside there was a few loose grapes sitting on the dining room table from the previous guests. All the screens in the house are torn or missing. The carpets are severely stained. Palmetto bugs ran wild in the house killing 15 on our 4 day stay. For the amount of money spent I expected a much better house. It appears that the owners only care about making money on the rental and do not put any money into this house. I would definitely stay elsewhere.

Beautiful location with easy access to beach, local corner coffee shop and other amenities in close proximity. Suggest taking time to head to Top Sail Reserve State park for a day at beach & exploring for sea shells.

The house was SO CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL! It really felt like home. I never wanted to leave. We had such a great time. Very easy check-in and the manager texted me to see if we needed anything. She is a very sweet person. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for our family. There were a couple of maintenance issues and from what I understand there will be a remodel of the property soon. The location was perfect for beach access and the nice little café on the corner. The community pool was clean and always ready to have swimmers. We would stay in this property again.

Nice little house very close to the beach. Loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs to play while we kept watch. Very comfy beds. Just a great stay!
